To ensure that all of the relevant preparation has been carried out before your child departs for their expedition, please read and complete this checklist.  Please be aware that as per the T&C's of your expedition, the preparation of relevant documents, vaccinations and entry requirements is your responsibility.

Important Final Checks 

1. Does your child's passport have the correct validity for the country they will be travelling to?

This information can be found along with other important country-specific entry requirements on the Government's Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office website : www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice


2. Is your child up to date with their vaccinations?

If 'No' - Vaccination guidance can be found on the portal. For more information please visit the NHS

3. Is your child meeting all of the entry requirements for your destination? 

Please refer to the Government's Foreign Travel Advice for up-to-the-minute travel advice for your entry requirements, Covid-19 vaccination & testing. FCDO Website  


It is important to note that this is a guide based on UK citizens and it is, therefore, necessary for you to check the entry requirements for your own nationality.


4. Does your child require a visa to travel on the expedition? 

Visa guidance can be found on the portal but please be aware that this information is based on a British passport holders, and as Government advice is frequently changing,it is your responsibility to check entry requirements and ensure you have relevant documents and visas needed for travel.
